Privacy Policy Statement

This program is provided FREE as a download from the Apple App Store. There are no charges from Sherlock Software for the software on the device when installed from the Apple App Store.

This version of 'Inspector Sherlock' and its features are customised for iOS 8.0 and subsequent versions specifically.

The program is designed for property inspections where data is transmitted from 'Sherlock Trust Manager' or 'Sherlock PRO' via 'InspectionHUB' to the registered device in encrypted form and data sent back the same way.

The program's access is via a User name and Password to sign in.

What Personal Information is required?

The Personal data we collect includes: Username and password for the purpose of allowing a login to retrieve and submit a property inspection data.

All other data, including images taken by the device's camera is stored at the client's CRM app database, passing through 'InspectionHUB' without change.

The access to the device resources, including Contacts, is provided in order to facilitate phone calls and messaging from within 'Inspector Sherlock' and the device's Contacts is not included in data exchange with 'InspectionHUB'.

Security of Personal Information

The data is stored in CRM systems designed by 'Sherlock Software': Sherlock Trust Manager or Sherlock PRO managed by a real estate agent and on your mobile device. The data is interchanged with mobile app via 'InspectionHUB', a web service owned/managed by 'Sherlock Software'.

Your Personal Information is stored in a manner that reasonably protects it from misuse, loss or from unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.

When your Personal Information is no longer needed for the purpose for which it was obtained, the agent De-activates your account on the particular CRM system.

You may delete the app from your mobile device and that destroys the Personal information collected.

No Personal information is held on 'InspectionHUB' except temporarily when registering of the mobile device is in progress.
